Ali Tavassoli arrives in France.

After completing studies at the Beaux-Arts and receiving a diploma in Applied Arts he studied architecture.

Having completed his studies and after assessing the international state of affairs at the time he made the decision to remain in France with his wife.

Impassioned by cuisine, he discovered the importance of gastronomy and made his first culinary creations among family and friends who, over time, persuaded him to pursue what had by then become a passion for him.
